Gerber

I got my first letter from my Compassion International Child. He is a real boy! :) Look at these drawings. How sweet. And he said he sends me a hug and a kiss. That was really touching, as I teach preschool and they often give me hugs and kisses. I'm so glad I signed up to sponsor a child. Someone on 365 friended me and asked me to sponsor a child. I always thought about it, but never did it until now.

That is so awesome! My little girl is six years old and has a hard time writing, reading, and drawing very detailed pictures but the few letters I've gotten from her warm my heart to no end! How old is your boy and what's his name? :)

His name is Gerber and he is 8. I was very touched by his letter. @judaskiss I am sure you will probably see progress in your little girl's letters as she gets older.
