First bus shot of there year. I love to take them!
Clayton ride a little bus this year since there are only 5th and 6th graders on there. Unfortunately today Clayton said a boy pulled a fist-ful of his hair on top just to be mean. I don't know how long he did it, he said he quit when his stop came. Seriously, a bully? He's been having such a good year so far. I've been so happy and thankful. Now this! I hope it will not continue and I don't even know what advice to give him. He needs to be strong and stick up for himself, but not lose control and "react". It's a hard one. How to not be bullied?
Like the color in the shot - love the little bus - wish there was a simple way to tell him how to handle the bully - I absolutely hate to see that get started for a child - it has such an effect on them - watch it and if necessary step in if possible. Our school has all kinds of bully report forms even posted on line - schools are just now finally learning the damage one bully can do.
