There's no better way to celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday than with green eggs and ham! I only wish I could include some of my students's pictures here. So many amusing facial expressions as they tasted the green eggs and ham! :)

Ok I've heard of this before but I don't know anything about it. Can you help me out? Also how on earth do you make that, and does it taste terrible?
It's after Dr. Seuss's book, Green Eggs and Ham. Just make regular scrambled eggs with ham bits in them. Before you pour them into the frying pan, add a little green food coloring and stir it up. Looks awful, but tastes just like regular eggs. I bet your kids would love it! :)
