Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Michigan. Yes, it really does take about two hours to climb back up this massive dune from Lake Michigan at the bottom, and it's a grueling two hours. Yet, ever year, in spite of the warnings, thousands of people accomplish it. Some have to be rescued. I did NOT have to be rescued because my brain told me, "Don't do it!" and I listened. :)
