I'm such a sucker when it comes to art supplies... as soon as i saw your flower done in those derwent watercolours, i went online to look for them and added them in my wishlist... 🤫 of course i do not need them... but seeing them in use with that superb result... irresistible. Are they a bit granular? (They look to me, but maybe they are not).

Thanks so much, Moni! I, too, am an art supply maven and have numerous items on my wish list. When they go on sale - even a little bit - I usually buy them. (Here is my philosophy - I work 45 hours per week at a soul-crushing job; therefore, I'm going to spend money on myself {within reason, of course} without feeling guilty. Life is too short, you know?) Anyway, as for the paints, I never even knew granulated watercolors were a thing until I saw a video about them on Youtube. Ha ha! I liked the review I saw on the Derwent set. I guess you can also get graphite in sticks or in a little can and mix them with regular watercolor paints, but that seemed like too much fuss for me, not knowing if I'd like them or not. I'm just getting started in painting, so I try not to go absolutely crazy with supplies; but I don't limit myself too strictly either. Ha! Have a great weekend! :)
