Oldie Week: At the edge of the ocean

Day 2 of the oldieweek is more a snapshot than a planned picture :) You may know this one, because I uploaded it before in a MFPIAC collage. If you don't: It was taken at my class trip in 7th grade. We went to England because we are a bilingual class, and we stayed in Bournemouth (Dorset). I had an awesome time back then and I don't ever want to miss it, although the trip schedule was quite busy and the host family wasn't so nice. I don't even remember the host mum's name... whoops... :D But hey, it's almost two years ago (sadly).
This picture was taken at the beach in Bournemouth, where we did a walk to. It was way too cold to swim but I liked how my girls all stood there in a row and how the colours of their jackets kind of popped. :)
Lovely capture but doesn't look if anyone is going swimming.

@ladymagpie Southern English Beaches in end-October are no good places to swim ;)

Great photo .... but it is better to swim in late summer/early autumn as the water is at its warmest! :)
