Ever run for 30 minutes in a circle? I hope you haven't, I have to do it every year... It's the effing most exhausting thing in the world! I ran 4350 meters and would've needed 4400 for a 3- (C-), so if I don't get the mark I'll be angry :(

Oh I do remember running on york Racecourse many moons ago. I was never the right shape for it. I do sympathise and hope you get the mark

LOL Well, Jule, I used to run the 10K in college, so yes, I've done 25 laps on a 400m track more times than I can count!
