This Kreuzberg institution has such loyal customers! It sits in the middle of a sidewalk, there are no places to sit, and it's just a walk-up counter. Yet there are lines of people waiting whenever I go by. This photo was taken at 10pm, and a rare moment of street photography for me, but when I saw the open side door and could see the guys working inside, I couldn't resist pointing my camera at them. I was "caught" but he looked up and smiled when he heard the camera click.
