Schloss Blutenburg, home of the Internationale Jugendbibliothek / International Youth Library (This is where I "work" on my research every day! And we have "staff lunch" at the fabulous restaurant in the photo . . .)
I caught a peek of the pink sky out of my bathroom window, so I grabbed my camera, threw it into my backpack, put some sweats over my pajamas, raced on my bike to the library to try to capture a bit of the pink sky before it disappeared. The restaurant is open for business, and it looks like someone is working late in the library.
Taken with my camera balanced on my bicycle seat as the "tripod"
Get Pushed Partner Carol W has me running around the city at night!
@jyokota I am really enjoying your midnight shots, although I am concerned about you having to run around every night taking images for the challenge! I have spent a lot of time in the garden too this week for my challenge! I love this shot, the colours and reflections are wonderful. You know, you have certainly met the challenge several times over, I have really looking at your work.
@angelikavr -- this was taken on year one, six years ago, and with the camera balanced on the bicycle seat! If we end up in Munich at the same time some time, let's photograph this beautiful castle together!
