My friend loves color -- you can tell by the wattle and bottle in the foreground, and you see evidence of her artistic eye in how things are arranged in the house. Her husband is a collector and curator of antiques, evident in the ship painting, and collector's case full of small treasures. Together, they have created a space that feels like a specialized museum.
All I did was to move one plate out of the picture, move the vase slightly to fit within my frame, and move the sheep back a bit.
