@Taffy and I tried to capture a hummingbird while in Beaver Island, and we even joked that we should post a photo of an empty hummingbird feeder and just photoshop a bunch of @vskolnik Vee's amazing hummingbird photos onto it. In an obvious way, of course, with credit to the real and amazing hummingbird photographer.
Today, @jgerber and I went on a walk to Chicago Botanic Garden and Jan said, "look, it's a hummingbird." But I didn't think I had actually caught it. Back home, zooming waaaaaaay in, I found -- a hummingbird! A lucky capture, indeed.
