We had heard there was good Peruvian Sushi so we set off in search for it. After 20 minutes of trying to use our limited 2-year-old level of Spanish with an all-too-fast-and-louder-and-louder Spanish speaking waiter who clearly insisted that nobody speaks Japanese just because it's a sushi restaurant, we anticipated that we had ordered three rolls of sushi. (Later, only two arrived for the three of us to share so we don't know what went wrong, and clearly what we thought we had said wasn't communicated . . .). It was delicious, though! The grilled pulpo (the Peruvian touch) was a nice version pf the typically just boiled Japanese octopus. We were so hungry that we each ate one off this platter (note the chopsticks and soy sauce already used in the background) before Taffy and I stopped to take the photo.
