Hala Stulechia in Springtime

Designed by Max Berg in 1911-1913 when Wroclaw was part of Germany, The Centennial Hall is considered one of the most significant architectural accomplishments of the century and a UNESCO World Heritage site. The name comes from the hundredth anniversary of the Battle of Leipzig when Napoleon was defeated by the Prussian Empire.

Ah...thinking of our wonderful photowalk there! This shows the area off quite beautifully. What a perfect set of clouds too!

@taffy -- and it's changed even more now in the past few weeks since I took this. The textured clouds were the trade-off for it being a gloomy day. I still don't like that needle in the middle of this image but I have ended up liking it more from the opposite side, like in the sunset photo.
