Wow. Cool shot. Wonder what the view looks like from up there. Where is this? In downtown Minneapolis last year I saw a cycling pub. All the people (about 12) sitting around a central bar drinking and pedaling with another person steering. By the time I got my camera out they had gone around the corner and I missed the shot. But this reminds me of that. Unusual dining/drinking venues.
@taffy this is at the Solny (Salt) square, where the flower market is. @888rachel - the view is of the central market square, flower market, and probably most of the city center. It was only over the weekend of a food festival. @mcsiegle This is in Wrocław, Poland. I've seen many a beer biking bar like what you describe in Germany! I think I've photographed one . . .
