Tollwood is a giant Holiday Festival on the Oktoberfest grounds. I assumed it would be like a more traditional Christmas Market, and it was in that people are standing around in the cold outside, drinking Gluhwein and eating and partying with friends. There are stalls with various crafts for sale. But then, there are also tents like this one -- a political tent featuring information and activities focused on democracy, environment, etc.
