Although I had other images with nobody in them, I like this one because it shows two people going to their lockers with their reading materials they used in the study room. In German libraries, it's very strictly monitored what you can take into the study rooms.
So this is one of the fine products of the fish eye lens! Really enjoying the softness of the diffused lighting in the scene coming from the far end of the stairs. Will also take the time this weekend to drop by the exhibition :)
@feenix00 -- It's not open on the weekends so do go during the week. Only three rooms so it won't take so long -- go up these stairs, turn right, walk back to the back wall, turn left.
@chejja - -Thanks, Caroline! So nice to have a visitor for a photo from long ago. One of my favorite things about Flashback Friday is the surprise trip back into memory lane when a photo transports you back to the exact spot where you remember standing. I haven't been using my fisheye lately but maybe I'll dust it off again.
@caterina - this was my last trip with Bill, and we had been in Germany every year for 10 years. Of course, we always loved going to libraries. He's standing just on the left side, hidden behind the wall because in an earlier take he was visible and in this kind of fisheye, people can only be shown in the center or they appear on a strange angle not humanly possible with gravity. Thanks for your comment -- it brings me back to a special time.
