Andrew Jackson Shadow Riding to St Louis Cathedral

To see a silhouette of the statue: https://365project.org/jyokota/365/2018-01-20
And to see the statue in front of the church, perhaps the most frequently photographed point of New Orleans: http://365project.org/jyokota/365/2018-01-17

Cool use of the shadow.

Nice shot. My preference is the Jackson Square photo, a) it is a night shot, b) it frames the cathedral clearly. I guess my focus isn't the shadow, but the cathedral, so that forms my opinion. My mind works on, what if you stepped to the right, how might the palms have moved, would the shadow still draw you to the path, and so on. Just my ideas.

@byrdlip -- I agree! That night shot says, "here's Jackson Square." This one is mostly just playful :) Thanks for your comment.

What a great capture of the shadow. Well done. My eye travels first to the Jackson Square building, but then to the shadow.
