A photography friend in Munich contacted me and we went for a bike ride along the Würm River, a walk in the cemetery during the Golden Hour, did some photo processing together and now I have some photos to post. This one my friend modeled how to use Luminar to begin, and he gave me feedback as I finished in LR.
Such beautiful lighting in this picture! I only just heard about Luminar from Matt Kloslowski while we were in Costa Rica... Interesting to see you mention it as well! (I need to write you with some questions about the "Anne of Green Gables" literary draw of the Japanese to PEI...perhaps you have some insight! It's certainly gorgeous here, and we're enjoying our 4th visit, this time with our daughter & family)...
Wonderful lighting on those fascinating headstones. Love this shot. I've been dabbling with Luminar for the past few years and think it has a great deal to offer. They are releasing their DAM (Digital Asset Management) sometime this year. Once they do that, I'm quitting Adobe and their subscriptions in favour of Luminar.
The lighting in this is really spectacular. And I really like the composition, how my eye is drawn through the headstones as I move from one to the next -- they almost form a leading line despite not being attached.
The lighting is really impressive. I'm interested in using something other than LR these days. I don't use PS and I've never moved to the online LR Adobe stuff. I feel like I'm "stuck."
