My earlier days of bread failures that ended up being squirrel food have evened out to be more consistently edible for humans. Joan @joansmor sent me the link for this recipe and it was easy to follow, with success! The cutting board was hand carved and painted by a friend of my mother's, and the Japanese-ness of it always reminds me of my homeland.

It looks wonderful (and so does your counter!) I would think it would be satisfying to make a loaf of bread - more so than just baking a cake. Love the way you presented this
