The Crazy Neon Cityscape

ICM: Or, what happens when you don't realize you are still exposing and you switch from vertical to horizontal. Except that "you don't realize" does not make this qualify for INTENTIONAL camera movement. Is the end result the same? I've been seeing a huge increase in ICM images on instagram -- I wonder why that is?

The accidental movement gave a an effective result and really emphasises the kaleidescope of colour and crazy lights.
