A view on the way between the hotel and the convention center. It's 750 ft tall, and built between 1966 - 1968. My fifth grade teacher was from San Antonio and she told us about this tower as it was being built. For all of us growing up on a tiny island in the Pacific Ocean, we couldn't imagine how high it was.
