We are good friends -- my husband and I work with Junko's husband, and all of us are academics in the broad area of literacy so we've known each other a long time and known of each other even longer. Neither of our spouses is big on photography, but both very supportive, so when we travel together or are at one another's houses, they are happy to send us off on photo walks while they cook amazing meals for us. And they have been quite supportive of our doing photo trips like the one to NYC and the one to Japan. Yes, we know we are VERY lucky!!
taffy gosh, you and @jyokota are so lucky. I wish I had someone to go off on photo trips with. And to both have supportive husbands.... I'm now going green with envy. thanks for the info. I was wondering and it's nice to know a little more about 365 ers that we follow.
Beautiful use of light and texture. And, yes, you two are very lucky. I am too, BTW. My sweet husband supports my photography habit and a few others besides.
