I'm trying to depict the story of beautiful, old cobblestones being removed by a (Japanese, no less) machine, against the backdrop of the beautiful city square. It's sadly replaced by thoroughly modern straight-and-easy-to-walk-on but characterless new stones. What struck me here is that suddenly, a bubble appeared, which seemed to add to that sense of people carrying on and playing and not noticing this horrible thing happening. I've intentionally shot through the fence to say, "off limits" and at nighttime to add to the effect. I'll post a daytime one showing the workers.
