If you're going on a photography outing, you must start the day with delicious food to build energy for carrying heavy camera equipment around all day.
1. First, don't eat up all the delicious grilled chicken and roasted potatoes for dinner. You must save enough for the frittata the next morning.
2. Spinning the pan makes for interesting photography. You have to keep the photographers entertained.
3. Check to make sure it's perfectly browned and hold the spatula long enough that both of the photographers can shoot it from the right angle.
4. Set the eggs by putting it in the oven.
5. Ta-Da! Yum.
6. Oh, you also need the best smoked salmon to be sent by a good friend for a get-well-gift and be willing to share it with photographer friend (Taffy) who knows how to make the world's best salmon salad mixture, and you also have to reserve some of that from the appetizers the night before so you can put it on top of the salmon-skin bacon to create the most spectacularly original salmon dish to accompany the perfect frittata.
This looks very appetizing and would certainly set you up for the day! I remember breakfasts in New York were wonderful and am hoping Chicago will be the same. You and Taffy will have to let me know the best places to go. Great collage! Fav!
