We visited the Rockdale Farmers Market this afternoon to get some vegetables. These small bell peppers in a variety of colors make for a colorful display. Did you know that bell peppers are in the Capsicum annuum species but through selective breeding since the time of Columbus a recessive gene re-emerged so we could have bell peppers that are not hot.
