@yaorenliu no I dont, but I know woodear is used in Chinese cookery , are these edible ones though?

great capture - I have dried woodears that I keep forgetting to put in soak for long enough before I cook a dish they'd work in

@kali66 Very much like the one I use in cooking, I bought in dried form, When I need it, I will soak them in the warm water, magically they expand and look just like this. But if you never tried it, better make sure they are not poisonous.

This is one way I eat them (make sure you blanch them), with red onions, very good in lower the blood sugar level, you can also stir fry with vege and pork.
