My get-pushed challenge from April is a still life with the rule of odds and a winter theme. The Matariki exhibition started at the gallery this week, that is Maori New Year , being when the Matariki stars aka Pleiades rise above the horizon in mid-winter.
The gourd on the left is so pretty. I am looking more closely at the other two and the patterns on them are so delicate. I like how you have such an interest in indigenous people and their art and lore.
