Kali, I am your get pushed challenge partner for the up coming week. I so much enjoyed viewing your shots. You capture so much beauty around you each day. For this weeks challenge see what you can do with the concept of "oxymoron". Please let me know if this will not work for you. I hope that you will enjoy the challenge.

I too an getting caught up with all your lovely images. I am so far behind because I have been taking so many photos of my bugs and editing the raw takes hours. Did you collect all those shells? Enjoy looking at all the states of disrepair they are in. Great texture.

@pam1 they are alive! they tend to group together on the rocks, and they are in various states of newness and worn-ness

I love this! Such a cool design. Fav! What is a limpet exactly? Wen I was little Don Knotts was in a movie called Mr. Limpet. He loved his pet fish and wished to become a fish. He fell n the ocean and transformed Into one and helped win WWII! never thought about the limpet thing though....

@espyetta they are a little shellfish that lives on the rocks beside the ocean, between the low and high tide marks, the shells are up to about 5cm wide.
