I know what you mean about the flow. I have found trying to have one constant line (a leading line) going through all of the shots helps with the flow/links. I have also trie connecting verticals on the joins can work. It is great that you are giving it a go. I am pleased it is making you think and that you are finding it a challenge.
I think this is cool. I like the tones you have used.

Yeah, the flow is getting me too! His photos seem to almost be one, but are subtly different and individual. Making me think too!
