so to explain... I am standing on my head because that was a recommended yoga pose for a cold... all the snot drains out don't you know.
this week I made cheese for the first time...mozarella and feta... and also marmalade and tended my garden...that is my gardening knife, my favorite tool and indispensible for weeding which there is a lot of at this time of year, all this keeps me grounded when I could quite easily flip, my emotional state is on a knife edge you might say.

Kali, I remember that we partnered before I believe, but can't remember what I challenged you to. So I am trying something a little different. Pretend I am coming to visit, where would you take me to show me that favorite spot of yours that speaks to what you love about where you live. I have a friend visiting and have been showing her the autumn leaves but today I am taking her to Pemaquid Lighthouse where you see the rugged coast of Maine. I am mostly a what I see is what you see kind of photographer but please bring your style to the challenge.
