I admit I googled - never heard of them before - and found info and a nursery in Southern Italy that sells them.

@domenicododaro well one thing i have found out is that trees grown from a seedling might not ever have fruit, so you want to know that they are grown from a reliable variety, in NewZealand they have names like these https://www.tuigarden.co.nz/ideas-and-inspiration/feijoa-variety-favourites/

Very interesting. It seems they need exactly the soli I have there: sandy, loose, drained and not too wet. Hope they resist wind...
