I like this Kali, alot, try the spice turmeric mixed with oil and black pepper for arthritis/inflammatory pain relief - see facebook group turmeric users group, many people take this and find it helpful.

@barneyone hahahaha that made me laugh, thanks Rita, these are rather large and heavy these ones but there is always a lovely assortment of different sizes and forms. there is one kind of wood that goes a deep red when cleaned up, a lot of people collect it for craft
