I am awaiting delivery of my new digital camera, but couldn't resist beginning my photography challenge of posting one photo a day from a '365-Photo-Challenge' I found on line. I downloaded the full calendar, but obviously I am not starting at the beginning of a new year so now I have started my last day will be 5th June 2022.
Todays challenge was simply entitled 'dog'. I don't own a dog, and I didn't fancy going out and finding someone walking their dog either. So here is a photo of a wooden dog that was bought by my parents whilst on holiday in Germany way back in the early 1960's. When clearing my parents house I found it, and couldn't bear getting rid of it, so it is now housed in a cabinet along with lots of other 'bits and pieces' collected over the years!
This photo was taken with my simple Moto G phone on 'portrait' setting with the focus on the eye. The image is not in sharp focus apart from the eye - but it is the eye area you are first drawn to so I think that works.
