In the UK a purse is not a handbag! This is mine with some money in it....now that is unusual...because we are of course in the cashless age are we not?
@sianharrison yes when I saw that I was puzzled too. However, the notes are plastic and double sided but there is a transparent bit that shows the queen and the writing back to front when viewed from one side...all to do with trying to make the notes harder to forge I think.
