Got back from our mega trip to Sweden to find our vegetable garden very overgrown. There had been a lot of rain and hubby was anxious that the onions might have begun to rot....but they seemed fine to me. He does tend to have different ideas to me as to when to harvest them....but his method seems to work as we have still got some left from last years crop.
