No idea where this little thing came from - most probably something hubby picked up in a job lot at auction. Since the energy crisis we have dropped the thermostat temp on the central heating - now we live quite comfortably at 17 or 18 degrees and I find if I go into someone else's house set to 20 (which is what I used to have) I feel its too hot!
