This Belgian, wine in hand, sat up close and personal to a lovely jazz ensemble who were filling the outdoors with beautiful sounds until the police showed up to check on their permit.
Wonderful candid shot!! One of the best uses of SC I have seen.....really draws attention to that wine bottle, especially with the musician staring at it, too! If this were here, they would be checking out that person, too, for having an open bottle in public!
