Hen having a salad

I brought my hens a treat of greens today. They love it. The green stem coming from her mouth is a piece she just picked up.

Well, I heard this hen's resolution for the new year is healthy eating; her eggs are going to be lower in cholesterol. Great shot.

Great capture Kathy clarity in hen and grass spectacularly good. Our neighbours hens often hedgehop into our garen and devour all greenery in sight the plus side is we get free eggs as a gesture of apology. :-)

@bonniemac They are difficult because of all the head movement. I had to learn how to set my camera to freeze moving objects. Still do not totally understand it, but thats why 365 is good it makes you think about each shot.

This is a fabulous clear shot. I SO wish I had access to farm eggs. As it is I buy cage free organic, but I don't know what the actual environment is for the hens.
