Tiny white fluffy bug! It is a Fluffy Planthopper nymph
This is another very tiny bug that I followed! The bottom right he has no fluff on. Then all I see is a ball of fluff. I had to prove it was a bug so the left photo shows his legs. The top right you can look close and see his eye and legs. Amazing little creatures!
Thank you for identifying this little creature @Carolb
What an amazing bug! And an even more amazing capture.
Looks as if he actually picked up the fluff for camouflage - could that be Milk Weed fluff?
Would be very interesting to know the history of this one.

@farmreporter@jodimuli I really have no idea what it is, as i said it was so tiny but the fibers on it almost reminded me of spider web material. i wondered if it made it's covering himself. I almost brought him home but I didn't want to touch it. Haha!
@carolb Thank you so much Carol! You have saved me time! I think he is yucky too haha! But I also think he is funny because he walks around in this covering that is white! He looks like a speck of dust walking around!
These things are so freaky! I just shot a plant full of these in different stages...brown ball one, one like yours here, one just flat and white and shaped like a fossil, and he'd lift up his whole bottom half ..so weird. Very cool pic!
@pasadenarose Love that you always bring a new perspective to my photos! Yes he could be the poster telling men bald is ok. Then u don't have to worry about your hair blowing off!
