So today the company who are installing our pool came out and marked it out in the yard and dropped off the pool kit. They start digging on Monday so i will no doubt be adding tons of photos as they proceed with building it for us.

Whoa, a POOL! Sure beats the birdbath I've got. Bahahaha! I'm sure you'll enjoy everything about it; and I already love your idea of planting flowers around it. Take good care, Les x
@glimpses thanks Leslie, its been so hot here I think I need a birdbath too for my little feathered friends. Maybe they will nip in my pool to cool off.
@kdrinkie I highly recommend getting a birdbath Kim. It is terrific fun to watch! Mine attracts more variety of birdlife than my feeders do. I even know what times of which birds will arrive. Seriously, get one. I bought a simple cement affair, $12 dollars each piece. (But the pieces weigh a TON!) All my best, Les x
