We got this bunya tree (Araucaria Bidwillii) which is a local tree here in the South Burnett - there is a similar tree also grow in Chile In South America, Anyway this tree forming nuts every 3 years and the Aborigines use to come to gather them then, this day they can still do that and people using the nuts as a flour for cooking, and I guess for other use.
