Vacant land

Our neighbors place yes its so bare, Sometime I think why people ,(in Australia) buy big land and keep it mowed, its use to have nice bush on the land, So sad I think.

The council would probably give them a hard time if the didn,t keep it mowed or have animals on it to keep it clean,.

It is a shame there's no trees.Is it to do with the threat of bush fires?

@peterlgrave @deliad its good to maintain the property from overgrow - fire wise, We are lucky in this part of the country not to get to many bad fires, but trees provide shade (make the place 1-2 degrees cooler) and also bring more bird life. if you want to have a golf like property is it better to live near a golf course then??? Lucky they are such a nice people.
