The nuts from the Bunya tree

Bunya tree (Araucaria bidwillii) is endemic to the South Burnett, and every 3 years we gets lot of nuts (big round ball shape fruit which when ready fall from the tree and inside of it is where the nuts are.
Great collage. You wouldn't want one of those seed pods to fall on you :)

@merrelynThanks...It is hard also to pick them up , most defiantly don't want one of them fall on me....
