I'm not happy with the light on this, but unfortunately this is my best shot of the day.
Do yourselves a favor: instead of slices of processed cheese for your grilled cheese sandwiches, blend together some aged cheddar, some brie without crust, minced shallots, and a little white wine. Spread that inside good bread and pan it. You will not believe the flavor!
