He has more of an "up yours" gesture going on there, actually... he was sorta cranky though, trying to escape, so I can't blame him. He successfully made it back to the water - so happy ending for him.
I'll avoid posting yet another crustacean-themed photo tomorrow. Give another subphylum a shot.
