;-) Wow, I love that. Great capture. The emblem on the shirt really tells an additional story. Could be start for a series on selection games. We call this one "schaerae, schtei, papiir" (different chronology scissors, rock, paper).
@mona65 oh I love that you gave me your version! Forgive me but is it Romanche? And thank you but I do believe that you gave me the inspiration: although the neighborhood kids always use Rock Paper Scissors, I never thought to capture it until your awesome sig-sag-sug shot!
@kerosene Oh I think it is so cool, that we all inspire each other, every day. No, it is not romanche, it's plain Swiss German (quite different of real German). In Räto-Romanic (Swiss Rumansh, if you mean that) it would be: forsch, crap (or grip), palpiri.
Yes the inspiration in this community is amazing! Ah thank you, it resembled German to my untrained eye but I wasn't recognizing the papiir spelling... :)
I've always loved playing this game! Awesome playful shot. Plus I like the selective color on the logo of the child's shirt. That's the logo for one of my favorite superheroes, the Flash! :)
@homeschoolmom@photographycrazy thanks very much! :) @graemestevens thank you kindly, the lightning bolt told me to do it. @cjphoto thanks CJ! :) That's my son, I had to buy the shirt as soon as I laid eyes on it, The Flash is cool! @carla42 thanks Carla, I thought it screamed Sheldon Cooper though completely unintentional! @sarahsthreads thanks so much Sarah, they were funny and it'll be a fun memory! :)
