Pre-baking fun with my six year old... I feel more comfortable when she's the one dealing with the eggs - as opposed to her brother.
It's always an adventure being around my three year old and eggs, as he likes to carry them around. Who carries eggs around, really? (My son, apparently.) At New Year's, a friend interrupted our conversation, pointing to something behind me. As I turned to look, I see the back of my son going down the steps to the basement, and my friend asked: "Does he have an egg in his hand?" Sure enough, he had randomly gone to the fridge (at my sister's house mind you - not even his own), gotten an egg out of the carton, and to this day we're not quite sure what he was planning on doing with it down in the basement. Where there is a pool table. And a Rock Band set-up. And an electric train.
