You have captured the movement well and I think there are some areas of sharpness essential for a nature image, but not that necessary for a creative one. If it was mine I would try and lighten the head by a combination of lightening the shadows and selective increasing the of the exposure. Then lighten the eye a tad. I can see the catch light, so this should then be superb! I hope as ever that you do not mind my critique?
