Today I am grateful for...

1. The love and understanding from my family.

2. The opportunity to spend time in my kitchen cooking. I enjoyed this as I had the freedom to cook something time intensive - I find it very therapeutic and of course delicious!

3. The opportunity to watch a few episodes of 'The Durrells', as I really enjoy that series :)
