The House by khawbecker

The House

This is my family's old homestead--the symbol and sense of place for generations of my family. We all call it The House. Slated for demolition in the late 1930s, my grandfather purchased it for a fire sale price and renovated it. It is a Queen Anne Victorian built in 1872.
What a fabulous house... such beautiful detail and a lookout tower!
